Follow KY 1552 until it turns right near the Brush Creek Fire Department and continue on straight. Auction Site is on both sides of Upper Brush Creek Road. From the north follow US 127 to KY 1552 and turn right. Follow KY 1552 to the Brush Creek Fire Department and turn right.

This ABSOLUTE AUCTION is subject to a 6% buyer’s premium which will be added to winning bids determining the final sale price (s).
