From the north follow US 127 to KY 1552 and turn right. Follow KY 1552 to the Brush Creek Fire Department and turn right.

TERMS: 20% down day of sale balance with deed on or before 30 days. 2010 property tax will be paid by buyer. This ABSOLUTE AUCTION is subject to a 6% buyer’s premium which will be added to winning bids determining the final sale price (s). Property to be sold in tracts by the deed description then offered in combinations. A fourth tract will possibly sell after the sale of the three primary tracts.
