Auction 1: Follow KY 70 East from Liberty.  Site is just past the intersection of KY 70 and KY 837.  Look for Auction site on the right.

Auction 2: Follow KY 70 East from Liberty.  Turn right on KY 837 and follow KY 837 to the auction site.  Signs are posted.

Terms: 20% down day of sale, balance with deed on or before 30 days.  Seller has paid 2009 property tax.  Buyer(s) will be responsible for 2010 Property Tax.  This ABSOLUTE AUCTION IS SUBJECT TO A 6% BUYER'S PREMIUM ON REAL ESTATE AND TIMBER ONLY! Equipment, antiques, and personal property will not be subject to a buyer's premium and will be payable by good check or cash day of sale.  Property will be sold in tracts then offered in combinations.  Timber will be sold separately and offered in combinations.  The real estate and timber will be sold under the Multi-parcel system.
